Lifeblood

• Lifeblood is the 'spark of life' that every living creature has - thus, the whole Living faction has it and the living horses of the Common faction.
  
• The Dead lose this as soon as they die, and when they re-awaken they constantly crave it.
  
• The Dead can, however, gain lifeblood back. By killing a living horse they can steal the lifeblood (by drinking it) and within a few minutes their hearts will start to beat again. The horse that was killed will of course join the Dead and be pretty pissed off!
  
• Lifeblood is therefore somewhat a commodity, especially amongst the Dead faction. They are known to frequent Cattleskull Ranch and the Auction Yard to purchase slaves purely to take their lifeblood.
  
• Because of the dead's constant hunger for lifeblood, wandering alone and with a beating heart can be considered an act of suicide.
