hey guys! i've got lovely hush here looking for some plots. she is a pure in every sense of the word, and sees mutations and gifts, no matter what they are, to be a complete abomination of everything that is natural in the world. she's also like the right hand of justice, living out her life in the way she believes is most fair. she would give out punishments based on facts and not personal opinion, but it gets her into a little bit of trouble because her ideals are skewed towards the pure point of view.

love is a tricky thing for her. she'd only be with a pure stallion, and he would have to be strong-willed and dedicated the the pure horses cause. she despises weakness of all forms, so she wouldn't be with a horse who couldn't protect her fully. not that she needs it, but still.

in the way of friends, she wouldn't have very many. she isn't chatty, and mostly prefers to stay silent. however she speaks well enough with her actions and expressions.

she doesn't have many family members because when she left her herd, she dumped all memories of them. if she did happen across her brother, she likely wouldn't recognize her. she left as a yearling, so it's been a long time since she's seen him.

if you have any other ideas, totally hit this up! she's up for anything! i'm trying out for the pure deity at the moment, so updates on that later if i get the spot :3

I'm kind of curious as to how she might interact with Aeon. Aeon would offer her cursory deference, since she is technically a god and all, but she wouldn't offer anything more until Hush had given her a reason to. Aeon very rarely offers respect without firsthand experience that proves them worthy of her respect and I don't think being a god would really exempt Hush too much. xD And Aeon's definition of what makes one worthy of her respect is defined by her and not any societal concepts, so just being a badass wouldn't be enough for her. ;]

They would most definitely agree on the subject of the Pure, however. Aeon is very nationalistic (I know that isn't quite the right word, but it'll do) and prejudiced against the other horses, regardless of whether or not they actually have abilities, so they at least have some common ground. Their relationship just depends a lot on how Hush would respond to Aeon's lack of bowing-and-scraping (well, there's more, but that's a huge factor).

Ooh i could see Hush having a BIG problem with Aeon for not showing respect LOL! She believes in ruling with an iron fist, and no biases. She is the type to think that not showing respect means disloyalty, and disloyalty deserves to be punished. XD She prides herself being unbiased (even though she is very biased towards the purity of her faction) and tends to see herself as the long arm of the law, so to speak. She wouldn't be able to let the disrespect slip either because she hates signs of weakness (and to her, showing favor to another horse who is disobedient is weakness).

This could be so fun >:] I was also thinking that maybe she "curses" Aeon's disloyalty by shoving some power on her if i can even do that, and "leaving her to her own devices" XD Kinda crushing her world and being like "this is what happens when you mess with a deity". Then she'd wait a bit to see how she reacted, and if she didn't, she would most likely banish her. XD

Hush is a really weird char. If you wanna kinda get inside her head a bit more, I go pretty in-depth in my audition for her. She's a bit hard to explain. XD

I think the boy of the Pures should be in on this too! xD
Dominik is extremely power-hungry so knowing that Hush has almost limitless power will definitely irk him. He may become obsessed with it, trying to devise a plan to somehow take her power.
I also love punishing my characters so Hush can abuse him for disloyalty as much as you'd like. xD It would be interesting if he tried to use his Negation on her, not a lot but just a slow dosage over time. It wouldn't do anything to her but maybe she can eventually catch on to what he's doing?
And as for giving Aeon a gift, if you guys wanted to do that Hush could potentially use Augmentation to 'awaken' a gift that has been in Aeon's DNA but not activated yet?

Heh, Aeon would show Hush respect--but to my mind there's a very important difference between "respect because of status" and "respect because you've earned it." Aeon would not disrespect Hush outright and would do as asked, but she would not take the initiative just for Hush's sake. Basically, Hush would have Aeon's loyalty (within limits) because Aeon is loyal to the Pure, not because Aeon cares about Hush.

In other words, Aeon would perform a task Hush gives her, but would not take the initiative to perform other tasks for Hush. If she disliked Hush, she would not likely move against Hush directly--but Aeon might not move against a coup against Hush, either. Basically, if Hush doesn't have her respect, Aeon would be perfectly content to let things progress on their own course, but a loyal Aeon would at least let Hush know and likely take an interest in collapsing the revolution.

For what it's worth, on the other end of the spectrum, I could see Aeon being very useful to Hush. Aeon is very much a background operator: there's very little going on among the Pure that she isn't aware of and has made it her business to keep an eye on movements by the other Factions (though she only really catches glimpses, since she doesn't have any contacts among them). She's kind of like an information analyst--she has horses bring her information, which she then uses as she sees fit.
