Out of the ashes and fire rises the ruins of a blackened castle. It was hundreds of years that this place was occupied, and now only the very foundations remain, though the stones are heavily blackened by fire. The only structures that have survived time are the guillotines. A dozen of them rest in the ruins, their bronze frames weathered with age and heat but the blades still sharp enough to sever flesh. These were once used to execute the Dead; they were dragged here by the hundreds to meet their ultimate death. Their skulls lay in heaping piles everywhere. Only the blackest of hearts would dare to make a herd here.
